Praxair (Huizhou) Industrial Gases Co., Ltd. Gets GMP Certification
SHANGHAI, China, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Praxair (Huizhou) Industrial Gases Co., Ltd. (PHIG), a wholly-owned enterprISe of Praxair China, has received Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Certification by Guangdong Food & Drug Administration. This allows PHIG to directly sell medical oxygen (liquid) to hospitals and certified distributors etc.Prior to PHIG, Praxair China had received GMP certification in most regions where the company has business presence, inCLuding Shanghai, Beijing, JianGSu province and other parts of Guangdong.

Pharmaceutical GMP is a stringent certification system applied by the State Food & Drug Administration of PRC. It consiSTS of a series of mandatory standards on pharmaceutical manufacturing in terms of quality, production management, hygiene, safety, equipment and transportation, etc. As an industrial gas company, PHIG has made EXtra efforts in each area of operation and personnel management to ensure reaching these strict standards.

PHIG is located in the Daya Bay Petrochemical Industrial Park, Huizhou, in Guangdong Province and produces liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon, etc.
